  • Cons: many ads, sometimes not enough detail

Women's Health magazine is a great read for someone who likes short articles with lots of information. The magazine covers a lot in each issue. There are lots of ads, but it makes for a colorful magazine. The articles are easy to read and have good tips. They also always have a good recipe that I cut out. Also, there are usually exercise cards I can tear out and use at the gym. This is a great magazine and if you like to work out it is a great addition. If you are just starting out, this magazine will get you motivated!

I really enjoy Women's Health magazine. I have recommended it for a number of friends as well. It has a lot of useful information. The stories are great as well. I highly recommend this.

One of my new goals is to start getting back in shape. I'm almost done with my master's degree, which put my exercise routine and healthy eating on the back-burner. I love the fast facts that Women's Health magazine offers on a variety of topics. The overall content is very good, and their suggestions for a healthier lifestyle seem doable. I recommend this for women who aren't die-hard fitness buffs but just looking for tips on a better lifestyle.

As a fitness instructor, I'm always doing research about exercising and general health. Women's Health magazine is better than others in its category. It provides nutrition and exercise info in a compelling format. There are always at least two sections of new exercises to try as well, and I've worked them into my classes to rave reviews!

Women's Health magazine is NOT what I thought it would be; I thought it would be a health magazine focused mostly on health. Instead I would say it is a magazine focused on sex.
