If You'll Only Read One Weekly... on February 01, 2010 by BillBlue from Michigan

  • Pros: The stories behind tomorrow's cable news.
  • Cons: Takes time to read all the way through.

Newsweek magazine contains smart in-depth stories on national and international situations. The stories are written by the people who get invited to be on the Sunday morning news shows.

HATE the recent changes on December 17, 2009 by Numero10 from New Jersey

  • Pros: about 50% of the articles are good
  • Cons: can be very liberal at times

I'm ending my subscription to Newsweek after 13 years. The content has an increasingly leftist slant.

This is Nothing but Government Sponored Bull on June 06, 2009 by RD from Texas

  • Pros: none
  • Cons: The entire thing

Newsweek is nothing more then a government run magazine. What ever happened to the actual truth?

Now Unreadable on May 23, 2009 by MN from New York

  • Pros: Lots of paper
  • Cons: Pretentious; bad font; bad design

Newsweek has hit a new low with its latest design change. Despite its name, it no longer provides news coverage. Instead it's simply filled with tedious analysis in an unreadable font. I've just canceled my subscription after over 25 years.
