  • Pros: Great tips and how to's.

I have just started myself on a fitness program and Fitness magazine is very informative for me, since I am in the learning stages. It has easy to do, simple, everyday fitness. Plus beauty tips and lots of healthy eating info.

  • Pros: The articles, new workouts, cutting edge information
  • Cons: The cost of some of the beauty and clothing in articles...they are expensive and hard to find in my area

I love this Fitness magazine. I have been a subscriber for 4 years. I just renewed today. The workout and health information is awesome and always new and interesting. I would like to see some easier recipes though.

I've been reading Fitness for about six months now and, while it hasn't changed my life, it has certainly gotten me to think differently about my health habits. I think anyone who likes to exercise and eat well would enjoy reading this magazine.

As someone working on loosing weight I love Fitness magazine. It doesn't preach, has realistic exercise moves I can do, is very encouraging and has great recipes and product reviews that are relevant to me!
