I have just started myself on a fitness program and Fitness magazine is very informative for me, since I am in the learning stages. It has easy to do, simple, everyday fitness. Plus beauty tips and lots of healthy eating info.

I love this Fitness magazine. I have been a subscriber for 4 years. I just renewed today. The workout and health information is awesome and always new and interesting. I would like to see some easier recipes though.

As someone working on loosing weight I love Fitness magazine. It doesn't preach, has realistic exercise moves I can do, is very encouraging and has great recipes and product reviews that are relevant to me!
