I absolutely love Cooking Light magazine. I picked up an issue at the grocery store because I had a coupon for it. Ever since then I have never regretted buying my first issue or subscribing to it. I would totally do it again.

Nutritional information like the amount of calories, fat, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, cholesterol, iron, sodium and calcium is included in each recipe. Cooking Light recipes typically have less than 30% of the recommended daily amount of fat and are also low in salt. In addition to recipes, Cooking Light magazine also features articles on highly-acclaimed chefs, expert insights and cooking techniques.
